Devon-Strafford – Teegarden Field #4

 

From the north:  Take Route 202 south to the Valley Forge Road exit.  Turn left onto Valley Forge Rd, under the Route 202 overpass, and continue straight through the light until you reach Old State Road on your right.  Turn right onto Old State Road and continue straight, across Contention Lane, until it dead-ends at a parking lot and park/recreation area.  Teegarden Field #4 is to the right of the tennis and basketball courts and a bit set back from the parking area.

 

From the south:  Take Route 202 north to the Valley Forge Road exit.  Turn right (but NOT sharply right) onto Valley Forge Road.  (The sharp right is Swedesford Road).  Continue through the light and turn right onto Old State Road.  Continue on Old State Road, across Contention Lane, until it dead-ends at a parking lot and park/recreation area.  Teegarden Field #4 is to the right of the tennis and basketball courts and a bit set back from the parking area.

 

PottsgroveLower Pottsgrove Elementary School

 

Follow the Schuylkill Expressway West to King of Prussia. Get off at 202 North. After rounding the exit ramp, look immediately for Route 422 West, Pottstown. Follow Route 422 West to the Sanatoga Exit.

Cross over at the stop sign and proceed to the traffic light. Turn Left onto High Street (also known as Route 422 Business). Follow High Street to the first traffic light. Turn Right onto North Pleasantview Road. (This corner is under construction.  The Kemps grocery store on right corner is now an empty lot, Sanatoga Post Office and Sunoco gas station on opposite corner are gone.  There is currently a building frame only at the Post Office site.)

Turn Left onto Buchert Road (Buchert Road goes left only! Lower Pottsgrove Township Administration Building on corner) Proceed on Buchert Rd.  The Elementary School is on the right.  The fields are behind the school.  If you get to the next traffic light (Keim Street) you’ve gone too far.

 

PottsgrovePottsgrove High School – JV Field

 

Follow the Schuylkill Expressway West to King of Prussia. Exit at 202 North. After rounding the exit ramp, look immediately for Route 422 West, Pottstown.Follow Route 422 West to the Sanatoga Exit.

At the end of the ramp, make a LEFT at the stop sign onto Evergreen Road. DO NOT CROSS EVERGREEN TO THE TRAFFIC LIGHT. THERE IS A BRIDGE OUT ON HIGH STREET AND IT IS CLOSED. Follow to the next stop sign (Limerick Nuclear Plant will be straight ahead). Make a RIGHT onto Linfield Trappe Road. Follow to the bottom of the hill and make a RIGHT at the stop sign. Cross the bridge and stay to the RIGHT. You are now on Pleasantview Road.

Follow North Pleasantview Road to a traffic light. (This corner is under construction and will soon be an Eckerd Drug Store). Cross High Street and take Pleasantview for approximately 1 mile. Turn LEFT onto Buchert Road (Buchert Road goes left only! Lower Pottsgrove Township Administration Building on corner) Proceed on Buchert Rd. straight through only traffic light, until you reach a "T", Turn RIGHT onto Kauffman Road (HS will be visible at T intersection to your right)

When on Kauffman Road, you will see PGHS on your left. Left turn into the 2nd entrance. onto School Drive. Follow the drive past the school building. Left just before the tennis courts. JV field to the left of the tennis courts. For the Varsity field, continue past the tennis courts and park by the football stadium (track) The Varsity field is behind the baseball field. It is not visible from the road.

 

Radnor – Wayne - Radnor High School

 

Loop A field is located at Radnor High School in Radnor, PA near the intersection of Lancaster Avenue (Route 30) and King of Prussia Road.

 

Coming from the west on Lancaster Avenue, pass through the town of Wayne, pass the Radnor Hotel on Radnor-Chester Road, pass the south-bound entrance to Route 476, then make a left onto King of Prussia Road (just before the Route 476 overpass). Then make your first left, which is the main entrance to Radnor High School.  Immediately after this turn, turn into the parking lot on your left.  You will be facing a tall wire fence. Walk to your right past a brick utility building at the far end of the parking lot and across a small cement walkway/bridge. Loop A is a field with large light standards and a dirt infield adjacent to tennis courts.
