How healthy are you? Just because you may think you are healthy doesn't mean you necessarily are. Stop for a moment and ask yourself: How do I feel at this very moment? Do you feel tired? happy? bloated? pain? angry? sad? hungry? Give it a try and answer these questions. You may be surprised that you have now answered "yes" to many of the questions. We get very wrapped up in our everyday lives and routines to just STOP and let yourself feel something. Taking a moment to discover how you feel is important. Rebalancing our thoughts for that moment may help us to achieve a very productive time ahead. You have heard the phrase, "Listen to your body", isn't it worth a few minutes, even seconds, to STOP and listen?
Why are we always rushing? How good do you think it is for our bodies to be rushing all the time? Easy answer, NOT VERY GOOD! By rushing, we push our bodies to different limits. We add an unhealthy STRESS that is not necessary and may cause a negative impact to our body processing. Many may feel that nothing negative will ever happen as we rush and many don't give it a second thought. By pacing ourselves throughout our days and lives, our body will reward us by functioning the best it can. I am sure the body "greatly appreciates' this gesture!
REMEMBER: IF YOU DO NOT "FEEL GOOD" IN ANY ASPECT, PLEASE SEE A PHYSICIAN. THIS IS SO VERY IMORTANT?..
